Steamed Broccoli (Quick & Healthy)

Ingredients :


  • 500g Pianta Frozen Broccoli Florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper – to taste
  • Juice of ½ lemon (optional)

Steps :


  • Bring 1 inch of water to boil in a steamer or saucepan.
  • Add frozen broccoli and cover.
  • Steam for 5–7 minutes or until fork-tender.
  • Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon.
Steamed Broccoli (Quick & Healthy)

Stir-Fry or Sauté

Ingredients :


  • 500g Pianta Frozen Broccoli Florets
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic – minced
  • ½ onion – sliced (optional)
  • 1–2 tablespoons soy sauce or seasoning mix of choice (optional)
  • Salt & pepper – to taste

Steps :


  • Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add garlic (and onions if using) and sauté for 30 seconds.
  • Add frozen broccoli and stir-fry for 6–8 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Optional – drizzle with soy sauce or sprinkle with spices before serving.

Oven Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients :


  • 500g Pianta Frozen Broccoli Florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt & pepper – to taste
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Lemon zest – for garnish (optional)

Steps :


  • Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
  • Toss frozen broccoli with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread on a baking tray in a single layer.
  • Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway for even browning.
  • Finish with grated Parmesan or lemon zest before serving.
