Classic Boiling Method

Ingredients :


  • 250g Pianta Elbow Pasta
  • 1.5 liters water
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)

Steps :


  • Bring water to a rolling boil in a large pot.
  • Add salt and olive oil.
  • Add Pianta Elbow Pasta and stir occasionally.
  • Cook for 8–10 minutes until al dente (firm to the bite).
  • Drain pasta and serve with your favorite sauce.

Baked Macaroni with Cheese (Traditional Style)

Ingredients :


  • 2 cups cooked Pianta pasta
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Steps :


  • Prepare pasta using the classic boiling method.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter, add flour, and whisk for 1 minute.
  • Slowly add milk, stirring until smooth.
  • Add cheese, salt, and pepper to make a creamy sauce.
  • Mix pasta with the sauce, transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle extra cheese, and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes until golden.

Ingredients :


  • 2 cups cooked Pianta pasta

  • 1 chopped onion
