Fusilli with Pesto Sauce

Ingredients :


  • 250g Pianta Fusilli Pasta
  • 3 tbsp pesto sauce (basil-based)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Steps :


  • Cook fusilli in salted boiling water until al dente, drain.
  • Toss pasta with pesto sauce and olive oil.
  • Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with Parmesan, and serve.

Baked Fusilli with Cheese & Vegetables

Ingredients :


  • 250g Pianta Fusilli Pasta (cooked)
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • ½ cup mixed vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, carrots)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & oregano to taste

Steps :


  • Cook fusilli, drain, and set aside.
  • In a pan, sauté vegetables with olive oil. Add tomato sauce and seasonings.
  • Mix sauce with pasta, transfer to a baking dish, top with mozzarella.
  • Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Cold Fusilli Salad (Refreshing Option)

Ingredients :


  • 200g Pianta Fusilli Pasta (cooked & cooled)
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • ½ cucumber (diced)
  • ¼ cup black olives (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt & herbs (basil or oregano)

Steps :


  • Combine fusilli pasta with tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and feta.
  • Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and herbs for dressing.
  • Toss everything together and chill before serving
