Baba Ghanoush (Traditional Dip)

Ingredients :


  • 1 cup Pianta Grilled Eggplant (thawed)
  • 2 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp Pianta Vegetable Oil or olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Steps :
