Classic Penne Arrabbiata (Spicy Tomato Sauce)

Ingredients :


  • 250g Pianta Penne Pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Steps :


  • Cook penne in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  • Heat olive oil, sauté garlic until golden.
  • Add tomato sauce, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Toss in penne pasta, mix well, and garnish with parsley.

Creamy Penne Alfredo

Ingredients :


  • 250g Pianta Penne Pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Optional: grilled chicken or mushrooms

Steps :


  • Cook penne pasta and drain.
  • In a pan, melt butter, add cream, and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Stir in Parmesan, season with salt and pepper.
  • Toss with penne pasta and serve warm.

Mediterranean Penne Salad (Cold Option)

Ingredients :


  • 200g Pianta Penne Pasta (cooked & cooled)
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • ½ cucumber (diced)
  • ¼ cup black olives (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt & oregano to taste

Steps :


  • In a large bowl, combine penne, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and feta.
  • Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and oregano to make dressing.
  • Pour dressing over pasta, toss gently, and serve chilled.
